One Day Beginner's Sculpture course
All day course for beginners exploring sculpure and clay work for beginners. This is a hands-on workshop that teaches you handbuiling skills, face expessions carving techinques and decoration techniques. Express yourself through art , create characters that reflect your experiences and feelings.
Demonstrations will include the construction of head, torso, arms, and hands, as well as techniques that reveal how to optimize the clarity and expression of a figure in clay.
Students will explore the possibilities of applying color and patterns to their sculptures through the use of slips to create vibrant, dynamic surfaces before firing.

- Introduction to clay and coiling.
- Teacher demonstrates and students will follow her steps.
Goal to finish the form by coiling
12:00 -13:00 Lunch break
13:00 -16:00
-Continue to work on the form.
-Demonstrate how to use carving tools and the technique of mastering the surface details.
-Closing up the sculpture.
Goal: Finish the whole sculpture
16:00 - 17:00
-Explain some firing clay fundemantals and demonstrate how to apply the underglaze.
-Share methods of coloring evenly.
Goal : Finish the coloring and the class.
