Pots collection and storage 

We will keep your finished pottery for up to 8 weeks from the date of your session.

If you're unable to collect your pottery within this time, please email us before the 8-week deadline and we'll be happy to agree on an alternative collection date.

If we do not hear from you and your pottery has not been collected within 8 weeks, we will continue to store it for a further 2 weeks. After this time, we reserve the right to dispose of any uncollected items.

Unless a longer storage period has been agreed with us by email, it is unlikely that pottery will remain in the studio for longer than 3 months from the date it was was made.

Thank you for understanding. As a busy working studio, we have limited storage space, and this policy helps us ensure there is room for everyone's creations.

Gift Vouchers

​The voucher is valid for a year. It can be extended if we are informed before its expiration date.
You can buy any of our services using a valid voucher. Please contact us via email to arrange dates and times.
A full refund of the voucher can be obtained within 4 weeks of the purchase date. This can only be obtained by the person who paid for the voucher.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
When you buy a gift voucher you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

5 Week Courses

​A full refund can be obtained within 14 days from the initial date of purchase.

You can reschedule your course provided we are given 14 days notice before the course start date.

If you miss a class, we cannot compensate you for that. However, we will try to accommodate you where possible. There is no gurantee that we can.

Regrettably, we are unable to refund  deposit or change any bookings if LESS than 7 days notice is given.

Taster Sessions

You can reschedule your class only once, provided we are given at least 7 days notice before the class

A full refund can be obtained within 14 days from the initial date of purchase.

Regrettably, we are unable to refund or defer any canceled bookings if LESS than 7 days notice is given.

Day Courses

A  full refund can be obtained within 14 days from the initial date of purchase.

You can reschedule your class provided we are given 14 days notice before the class date.

Time limit

Please note that any query, dispute or request that has been made or existed is null and void if we did not hear from you in 6 months or more. If you didn't write to us or us to you for more than 6 months then we cannot proceed with any of your requests  . If we promise you exclusively to give you a service after 6 months we will honour.

The management reserves the right to refuse a booking or cancel any booking made.
