Children's /Family Wheel Throwing Taster Session

Clay Time offers a unique opportunity for children to  experience the art of pottery through our wheel throwing taster sessions. Our studio provides a fun environment for children to be creative, and parents or guardians can book a spot and pay to join the fun too if they like! 

 

Each participant has their own wheel and will receive instructions and demonstrations of throwing on a potter's wheel. We will trim, glaze, and fire one pot per participant.

Minimum age is 8 years; adults alone cannot book on this session they need to be accompanying a child.

Please note that this is a children-focused taster session and teaching is positioned accordingly. We take slowley so children can get it , adults can join the adult wheel throwing taster if they like to be taught like adults

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we offer a full refund if done within 14 days of booking.
If you'd like to reschedule, we're happy to accommodate one change with at least 7 days' notice before your session.
Please note, if less than 7 days' notice is provided, we are unable to offer a refund or change to the booking. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in class!
To ensure a high-quality experience, sessions will proceed only if we have a minimum of 4 participants. We’ll notify you in advance if the session does not meet this requirement.
